C\u2019est aussi apprendre \u00e0 ne pas \u00eatre n\u00e9gatif&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les m\u00e9ditations sont guid\u00e9es, ax\u00e9es sur l\u2019ancrage, la respiration et l&rsquo;ouverture, \u00e0 travers un v\u00e9ritable voyage en conscience dans le corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La m\u00e9ditation est le travail int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019homme conscient. Par cons\u00e9quent, elle se pratique de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en position assise ou en tailleur, sur un tapis, un coussin de m\u00e9ditation.
